Ingredients
- P Mark Kachi Ghani Mustard oil: 3 tbsp
- Chicken: 1 1/2kg
- Curd: 500g
- Green Chilies: 5-6
- Ginger: 60g
- Garlic: 8-10 cloves
- Coriander leaves
- Salt: 2 tbsp
- Coriander Powder: 1 tbsp
- Lemon: 4
- Bay Leaves: 2
- Green Cardamom: 5-6
Method
- Marinate the chicken with salt and lemon juice. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
- In a grinder, add garlic, green chillies, ginger, coriander leaves, and curd. Grind into a smooth paste.
- Marinate the chicken with the prepared paste. Allow it to rest for 15 minutes.
- In a pan, heat P Mark Kachi Ghani Mustard Oil. Add green cardamom pods and bay leaves.
- Then add the marinated chicken and stir well. Add salt and coriander powder.
- Cook for 20 minutes, or until the chicken becomes soft.
- Turn off the flame and add lemon juice according to taste.
- Your lemon chicken is ready. Serve the chicken hot with naan or rice.
