Lemon Chicken Recipe

Ingredients

  • P Mark Kachi Ghani Mustard oil: 3 tbsp
  • Chicken: 1 1/2kg
  • Curd: 500g
  • Green Chilies: 5-6
  • Ginger: 60g
  • Garlic: 8-10 cloves
  • Coriander leaves
  • Salt: 2 tbsp
  • Coriander Powder: 1 tbsp
  • Lemon: 4
  • Bay Leaves: 2
  • Green Cardamom: 5-6

Method

  1. Marinate the chicken with salt and lemon juice. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
  2. In a grinder, add garlic, green chillies, ginger, coriander leaves, and curd. Grind into a smooth paste.
  3. Marinate the chicken with the prepared paste. Allow it to rest for 15 minutes.
  4. In a pan, heat P Mark Kachi Ghani Mustard Oil. Add green cardamom pods and bay leaves.
  5. Then add the marinated chicken and stir well. Add salt and coriander powder.
  6. Cook for 20 minutes, or until the chicken becomes soft.
  7. Turn off the flame and add lemon juice according to taste.
  8. Your lemon chicken is ready. Serve the chicken hot with naan or rice.
